機能訓練を始めて１ヶ月ちょっと経ちました。

機能訓練を始めて１ヶ月ちょっと経ちましたが、

前向きに運動に取り組まれるご利用者様が増えてきました☆

人気の運動器具はエアロバイク。

3台ありますが、それでも待つご利用者様がいるくらいなんです。

そこで！！☆
待つ時間なく運動できるように自席で行える

ペダル漕ぎを新たに3台迎え入れました！

本日早速、数名のご利用者様にチャレンジしていただきました☺

「手軽にできていいね！」と喜ばれていました。

これからもご利用者様が楽しめるイベントや活動を提供していきます！☆
